Shield: divided into four big squares. The first big
square on the left is divided into four little square: one square in silver
with a golden cross (Jerusalem); another one with 10 silver and blue strips and
a red lion with a golden crown (Lusingano); the third golden one with a red
lion (Armenia); the last silver one with a red lion. The second big square on
the right is divided into two sections: the red one with a frightened silver
horse and the other with 10 yellow and black strips crossed by a green stripe
(Sassonia); in the lower part there is a silver section with three red tips of
a sword (Angria). The third big square on the left has got a silver part with
black plinths and a black lion (Chiablese) and a black part with a silver lion
(Aosta). The fourth big square is divided into four small squares: one in red
with a silver cross (Piedmont); a second one in silver with a red stripe
(Monferrato); a third one golden and blue checked (Genovese); a fourth one in
silver with a blue stripe (Saluzzo). In the lower part there is a silver small
section with a red eagle on a three-tip mount (Nizza). In the upper honour part
there is a small silver shield with a red cross and four black heads (Sardinia).
In the lower intersection between the four big squares there is a golden oval
with a black eagle (Moriana).
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with six blue ribbons representing the recognitions to the Valour. On the lower
tip of the shield there is a ribbon with the colours of the Military Order of
Italy. Under the shield there is a golden banner with the motto"A me le guardie".
