"Altius tendo"
Shield: divided into four squares. The first blue square
on the left contains the Mount Nero; the second blue on the right has got a silver
strip with red and blue sticks; the third has got blue and silver strips
representing the Greek flag. The fourth square is divided into four small
squares: two blue square with a palm tree on green grass (Libya) and two with
the golden lion of Ethiopia on a red background.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with six blue fluttering ribbons (three of them with silver edge and one in
blue and white). Under the shield there is a golden fluttering banner with the
motto
"Altius Tendo".
