Shield: divide into four squares. The first square on the left is blue with an eight-tip golden star; in the second red square on the right there is a black strip with the golden helmet of Scanderberg; the third silver square on the right contains the red lily of Florence; in the fourth blue square on the right there is a silver wheel with eight pieces and three golden grain spikes.

External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown with a blue fluttering ribbon representing the recognition to the Valour. Under the shield there is a golden fluttering banner with the motto "Ignis intellectus".
