"Con forza ed ardimento"

Shield: it is divided into sections. The first section on the left is red with a silver cross (Novara) and above it a golden part with a red cross (Lodi); the second section on the right is red with a black strip containing the golden helmet of Scanderberg and a silver star above it; the third section is blue and contains the golden trident of Ukraine with two silver stars. In the centre of the shield there is a blue square with a golden lion holding a rose branch.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown with fluttering blue ribbons representing the recognitions to the Valour. Under the shield there is a fluttering golden banner with the motto "Con forza ed ardimento". ​
