The Maneuvre Logistic Battalion had the task of building a logistic centre on the framework of the "Pellicano" Operation destined to give the Albanian population humanitarian helps, in a situation of social and economic crisis; in that occasion it showed abnegation and high efficiency passing the environmental difficulties and contributing to give confidence to the population. (17th September 1991 – 11th June 1992).
