The Command and Tactical Supports Unit is the unit of the Brigade that ensures the operation of the Great Unit Command in terms of logistics and communication.
It is composed of a Command Squadron and a Signals Company. With volunteer personnel, it is located in Pordenone.
It was constituted in 1975 with the "Ariete" Signals Battalion and the Regimental Command Company of the dissolved 132nd Tanks Regiment. Included in the 132nd "Manin" Armoured Brigade ad "Manin" Signals and Command Unit, it was renamed "Ariete" after the dissolution of the Divisional Command and incorporated the "Ariete" Sappers Engineer Company. In that context it assumed the current name of "Ariete" Tactical Supports and Command Unit.
Today, after having lost that company, it includes the only two original units.
