"Come folgore dal cielo...come nembo di tempesta"
Shield: divided in different sections. The first part on
the left, with a red background, has got a silver cross containing a dogwood
with red fruits; the second blue section in the centre has got the golden
silphium of Cirenaica; the third of Pisa is red with a silver cross. On the
upper part of the shield there is a blue stripe with two bars in gold and
silver.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
while under it there is the golden fluttering banner with the motto
"Come folgore dal cielo...come nembo di tempesta".
