"Siderum vis"

It represents the 5^th aerial component of the "Friuli" Airmobile Brigade.

The Unit is equipped with A-129 "Mangusta" expedition helicopters and with NH-90 tactical transport helicopters, new-generation vehicles.

Composed by volunteer personnel, the Regiment is located at Rimini Airport (RN). Its Flag is decorated with a Bronze Medal to the Army Valour.

Like for all the Army Aviation, the celebration of the Regiment is on 10^th May that is the anniversary of the constitution of the first Specialty Unit (1953).
