"Contro l'ala avversa"
Shield: divided into four squares. The first silver
square has got a red cross and the Virgilio’s head with a green laurel oak
(Mantova); the second blue square there is the golden monogram of Ukraine with
a five-tip golden star above it; the third blue square contains the edelweiss
with three leaves; in the fourth red square there is the golden silphium of
Cirenaica.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with fluttering blue ribbons representing the recognitions to the Valour. Under
the shield there is a fluttering golden banner with the motto
"Contro l'ala avversa".
