"Ovunque con onore"
Shield: the upper blue part contains two golden rings crossed by a golden arrow. The lower part is divided into three parts: the first to the left has got a red cross on a silver background (remembering the city of Bologna); the second part is blue with the golden writing "Libertas" in capital letters; the third red part contains a golden castle with a central tower and three black windows (reminding the city of Udine).
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown with blue ribbons; under the shield a golden fluttering banner contains the motto
"Ovunque con onore".
