Here below there are the patches of the Medical Corps of the Army, derived from the fusion between the Medical Corps and the Veterinary Corps.

The Medical Corps of the Army has got a patch with one-tip flame that is amaranth for the Medical component and light blue for the Veterinary one. The patches have got a cloth coloured as the Units of reference: amaranth for the Grenadiers Brigade, red and white for the Sassari Brigade, green for the Alpine Troops, azure with parachute, wing and sword for the Paratroopers.

Since 2009 the insignias of the medical personnel have been diversified for doctors, dentists, pharmacists and psychologists, adding small golden insignias constituted by the Esculapio rod, the pharmacists' symbol and the Greek letter "psi". In the same occasion the cloth of the Army Air Force has been added.
