"Celeritate ac virtute"
Shield: divided into three vertical stripes surmounted
by a golden horizontal stripe containing a blue small square with the golden
silphium of Cirenaica. The first silver on the left has got a red battlement
surmounted by a red heraldry rose (Crimea) and under it two silver crossed
sabers (Custoza); the second blue in the centre has got the tower of San Martino
in silver with black windows; the third silver on the right has got two blue
wavy strips surmounted by a red Cross (Santo Stefano).
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with five blue ribbons representing the recognitions to the Valour. Under the
tip of the shield there is a ribbons with the colours of the Military Order of
Italy and under it a golden fluttering banner with the motto
"Celeritate ac virtute".
