Shield: divided in four blue sections. In the first on
the left there is the golden helmet of Scanderberg on a red and black central stripe
and two silver stars; in the second one there is a golden bull with silver
horns (Turin); the third section is divided into four squares: the first and
fourth in silver contain the red cross of Angiò while in the second and third
there is the motto written on gold (Bologna); the fourth section contains the
oak on a green grass and with the letters O.C. in black on its trunk
(Civitavecchia). On the upper part of the shield there is a golden stripe with
a small square on the left divided into four smaller squares: the first red one
has got a silver cross; the second and the third golden ones contain a black
eagle with spread wings and a crown; the fourth red one has got a towered
castle in silver and black (Pavia).
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with four ribbons representing the recognitions to the Valour. Under the lower
tip there is a ribbon with the colours of the Italian Flag and the insignia in
the centre. Under the shield there is a golden fluttering banner with the motto
"Ictu impetuque primus".
