Shield: in S. Andrea cross. The first blue triangle has got a golden cross; the second silver one contains a black eagle with spread wings where there are two golden clover; the third blue triangle has got the golden byzantine trident of Ukraine; the fourth red triangle contains a black vertical strip with the golden helmet of Scanderberg.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with blue fluttering ribbons representing the recognitions to the Valour. Under
the shield there is a golden fluttering banner with the motto
"Ad ogni costo".
