"Ultra nomen virtus"
Shield: It is
divided into four frames. In the first blue frame there is the golden
mechanical crown with an eagle above it; the second and the third frames are in
silver; in the fourth blue frame there is a right arm dressed in green and with
a red rose with green stem and leaves in the hand.
Outward trappings: a golden crown above the shield and a golden fluttering banner under it with the motto "Ultra nomen virtus".
