The Italian Army has taken on the delicate theme of its managers’ preparation resolutely.
Since years, as educational path, Officers and Marshals have got respectively the Advanced University Degree in Strategic Sciences and the University Degree in Organizational and Management Sciences.
To the other personnel the Armed Force offers different educational paths as for the Fixed-Conscription Volunteers that can attend both specialization courses related to their position and IT or English courses.
All personnel of the different categories can also participate in courses for a university degree.
