This Organization has got the task of ensuring the imprisonment to all the military personnel available to the Military Judicial Authority and to the Police Forces available to the Ordinary Judicial Authority, according to the Art. 79 Law n. 121 of 1981.
Led by a Colonel, it is situated in Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE) at the "Andolfato" Barracks and it is at the dependencies of the Deputy Commander of the Capital Military Command.
