"Impervia cedant"
Shield: on a purple background there is a golden towered
castle on a blue sea with a drawbridge that is opening on a moat; on the right
there is a green shield with a red edge and a golden cross (Pola) while on the
left there is a red shield with a golden edge and the silver alabard of San
Sergio (Trieste).
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with three fluttering ribbons, two of them in blue with a golden edge while the
other one in the colours of the Italian Flag. Under the shield there is a
golden fluttering banner with the motto
"Impervia cedant".
