"Tutto osare"
Shield: divide into two sections. The section on the
left is divided into two parts: the upper blue one has got a silver tower on a
green grass and with a dragon on its top; the lower red one has got a silver
cross. The other blue section on the right contains the golden silphium.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with a blue fluttering ribbon representing the recognition to the Valour. Under
the shield there is a golden fluttering banner with the motto
"Tutto osare".
