"Sic itur ad astra"
Shield: It is divided into four frames. In the first blue frame there is the golden mechanical crown with an eagle above it; the second and the third frames are in silver; in the fourth blue frame there are two red crosses.
Outward trappings: a golden crown above the shield and a golden fluttering banner under it with the motto "Sic itur ad astra".
