"Spatium non obest"
Shield: divided obliquely into two section. The first red section of Palermo has got the golden eagle holding a silver banner with the letters S.P.Q.R in black. In the second blue part there is a mountain with a fumy crater on a green campaign.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered
crown; under the shield there is a fluttering golden banner with the motto
"Spatium non obest".
