"Nello spazio mi affermo"
Shield: divided into four squares. The first on the left
in silver has got the red lily of Florence; the second on the right contains a
palm tree on a blue field, representing Libya; in the blue third square on the
left there is a mount with three peaks crossed by an azure river; the fourth red
one contains the wolf of Rome.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered
crown. Under the shield there is a fluttering golden banner with the motto
"Nello spazio mi affermo".
