"Fervidis rotis ad metam"
Shield: divided into four squares. The first blue square
on the left containing the golden Taurus represents the City of Turin; the
second red square on the right contains a small blue square with the golden
trident of Ukraine; the third square on the left is red with a garland of grain
spike and an eight-tip star
(province of Campobasso); in the fourth blue square (province of Bologna) there
is a golden lion holding a standard with three strips in green, silver and red.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with fluttering blue ribbons representing the recognitions to the Valour. Under
the shield there is a fluttering golden banner with the motto
"Fervidis rotis ad metam".
