The Training Regiment is organized in a command and a training battalion that represents all the operational capabilities of the Army.

The Regiment Command provides the administrative activity of the dependent personnel as well as the planning and conduct of courses organized on the framework of the educational offer of the Engineer Command.

The Training Battalion has to conduct the education and specialization of the Cadet Marshals and Sergeants but also the qualification, refresher and specialization of the Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, Volunteers in prefixed conscription and in permanent service.

With volunteer personnel, the Regiment is located in Rome – Cecchignola.

Like all the units of the Engineer Army, the celebration of the Regiment is on 24^th June that is the anniversary of the battle of Piave (1918).
