Shield: divided into sections. The first blue one on the left has got a bridge of ships on a fluttering river and a red strip above it containing a silver wolf (Piacenza); the second green one has got a wheel with wings and a red strip containing a silver cross (Turin). In the centre there is a silver square with blue oblique strips and the golden trident of Ukraine.
External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown
with fluttering blue ribbons representing the recognitions to the Valour. Under
the shield there is a fluttering golden banner with the motto
"Per ogni ponte una superba sfida".
