Shield: it is divided into four squares. The first, with the golden Capitoline wolf on a silver background, represents Rome; the second square has got a mountain with three tips on a green campaign crossed by a river; the third represents Libya, with a palm tree on a green campaign and with a blue background; the fourth square, with a red cross on a silver background, represents Milan. In the centre of the shield there is a red tower with roman signal.

External garnitures: above the shield there is a golden towered crown. Under the shield there is a golden fluttering banner with the motto.
