The Simulation and Validation Centre of the Army (Ce.Si.Va.) is one of the training Centres for the directive personnel and managers of the Army.
The Centre ensures the preparation and the professional update to the personnel destined to Command or Staff positions, along with the validation of the Commands to be employed abroad. Moreover it deals with the research of informative solutions for the training, the Command and Control and the Operational Planning.
It is organized in a General Staff, a Simulation and Modelling & Simulation Unit and a Doctrine Unit.
The Flag of the Military Institute is awarded with a Golden Cross to the Army Merit.
The Centre is located in Civitavecchia (Rm).
