Golden Medal to the Military Valour

In conquering strong enemy positions and trenches called Frasche and Razzi on Carso, and reconquering positions on Altipiano of Sette Comuni (Monte Castelgomberto, Monte Fior and Casera Zebio), it always gave proof of sublime audacity and heroic determination. 25th July – 15th November 1915; June 1916.

Decree of 15th June 1920
Expressing the strong virtues of the Sardinian people, it gave contribution of heroism to the glory of the Army and the Homeland. In the days of the misfortune, it reconquered the enemy positions of Col del Rosso and Col d'Echele (28th – 31st January 1918). As invader it opposed on Piave the audacity of its will to win, the sublime determination and the great tenacity (16th – 24th June 1918). In the battle for the revival, it showed continuous courage to chase the enemy (26th October – 4th November 1918).
