In August – September 1992 and January – March 1993, the "Julia" Brigade participated in the "Sicilian Vespers" Operation for the patrol of the territory.
Employed in August 1993 in the "Testuggine" Operation for the patrol of the eastern border, in October the Brigade assumed the responsibility of the Italian Contingent that worked of UN in Mozambico, substituting the "Taurinense" Alpine Brigade in the "Albatros" mission.
After having come back from Africa in May 1994, the "Julia" participated also in the "Riace" Operation for the control of the territory in Calabria where, in November 1994, it sent one of its regiments on three formation battalions.
In November of the same year soldiers and vehicles of the Brigade intervened to rescue people in northern Italy after the flood.
Some regiments of the Brigade have been employed in Bosnia with the SFOR Operation in Bosnia, in Kosovo and later in Afghanistan.
