The rolling kitchen has got functional autonomy and total mobility, ensuring maximum rapidity in the deployment. Its simple structure guarantees a rapid use without putting at risk the staff's security.
It is manufactured using technologically advanced materials and devices; this kitchen makes and cooks food (breakfast, lunch and dinner of the daily menu) for a potential of almost 200 rations.
The main characteristic of the vehicle is its functionality for compact or individuals modules. In fact the structure consists of 4 modules of independent cooking (2 heating modules, a convection oven and a fryer module). It is possible to ask for a multifunction module rather than the fryer one, suitable for packaging the main and the second courses. This module has got a burner compartment and some equipment that make it autonomous, easy to transport and suitable for isolated operational activities (such as Check point, advanced positions, etc.).
The kitchen has also got a removable covering tent (each side can be opened singularly), permitting an efficient protection from sun, wind, rain, snow and sand.
